Breast Procedures

At our practice, we use the next-generation plastic surgery techniques to perform a full range of breast enhancement procedures. Dr. ABC has perfected customizable and less invasive breast surgery techniques to help you improve your natural curves and create a youthful profile.

Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation or breast implant surgery is one of the most sought-after plastic surgery procedures to improve the size, volume and shape of your breasts. Dr. ABC will personalize your breast augmentation surgery by help you choose the right type, size, and shape of implants, the location of incisions, and the placement of implants within your breast tissue.

A breast implant surgery with Dr. ABC will restore your breast volume, improve symmetry and proportion, or create voluptuous looking breasts, depending on your goals. You may also combine it with a breast lift or have it as part of a mommy makeover. In all cases, a breast augmentation will boost your body image and take your self-confidence to a new level.

Breast Lift

Loss of skin elasticity in your breast area over the years may cause your breasts to sag with nipples pointing downwards. Dr. ABC provides you the opportunity to restore more sensuous and youthful breast contours with a breast lift surgery. The procedure will create a lift in your drooping breasts, and make them firmer along with a perkier projection.

Dr. ABC is an expert on a number of breast lift or mastopexy techniques, which involve different incision patterns depending on the extent of correction required. He will recommend the appropriate breast lift procedure after a thorough consultation and evaluation. You may also combine breast implants with a breast lift if you wish to add volume.

Breast Reduction

Oversized breasts may not only compromise your figure, but also cause you persistent pain or discomfort in the back, neck, or shoulders. For excessively large, heavy, or pendulous breasts, Dr. ABC offers you breast reduction surgery, clinically known as reduction mammaplasty. It will help you achieve more proportionate breasts and relieve you of the pain and chafing.

Dr. ABC may recommend the anchor incision, vertical incision, or scarless incision technique. For an extensive reduction of breast tissue, the anchor pattern may work best, while the vertical pattern involves a relatively less invasive, short scar technique. Dr. ABC may suggest liposuction scarless technique if you primarily have fatty tissue and not glandular breast tissue.

Breast Implant Revision

Breast augmentation surgery is likely to last for years or decades, but not forever. At some point, you may want to replace or remove the implants. Dr. ABC is experienced in breast implant revision surgery, which is often more complex than a primary procedure. He will aim to use the old incision lines to perform an implant replacement to minimize your scarring.

When you need only a breast implant removal surgery Dr. ABC will recommend the appropriate surgical technique to safely take out the implant and scar tissue. In many cases, an implant removal may have to be combined with a breast lift surgery if the breasts have sagged over the years because of the weight of the implants.

Breast Reconstruction

A breast reconstruction surgery may have to be performed following a mastectomy to restore the breast appearance. Dr. ABC performs breast reconstruction using silicone or saline implants or with the flap surgery technique. He will take into account your age, health condition, and your personal goals before preparing a custom breast reconstruction plan.

Breast implant reconstruction is relatively less invasive and involves a faster recovery. If you have limited tissue or had a bilateral mastectomy, this technique may be preferred. The flap technique is often used for younger, unilateral patients. Tissue migration is a part of this technique, which allows natural matching of the size and shape with the other breast.
